The operating problem.

The client's discovery framework depended on his time. Strategic guidance was delivered through repeated calls, while the underlying method could not be sold, gated, or delivered consistently as its own product.

The software needed to preserve the sequence and judgment of the method while giving users a useful path they could complete independently.

Before

Discovery depended on live calls

The method required repeated founder explanation and could not be delivered as a standalone product.

After

A guided journey with persistent outputs

Niche, audience, programme, roadmap, and the route back to a conversation stay connected.

How the system works.

Each stage consumes decisions from the one before it and saves the output into a persistent blueprint.

  1. Discover the nicheCombine experience, skills, and interests into focused recommendations with audience and demand context.
  2. Map the audienceBuild a practical ideal-student persona with pains, goals, budget, and channel behavior.
  3. Design the programmeSelect the problem, name the offer, define pricing, duration, curriculum, and learning outcomes.
  4. Build the roadmapConvert the selected offer into a week-by-week sequence of launch actions.
  5. Own the outputSave progress, milestones, history, and a downloadable blueprint.
  6. Return to a conversationKeep the call-booking path present when the user needs human guidance.

How the user works with it.

The user moves through one sequenced decision at a time. Generated recommendations are not disposable chat messages; they become saved inputs for later stages and a blueprint the user owns.

The coach remains available at the exception point. The product handles the repeatable journey, while the booking layer gives users a route back to human judgment.

Important decisions.

Sequence before generation

The product follows the coaching method instead of presenting one open prompt and hoping the user knows what to ask.

Persistent client ownership

Progress, decisions, milestones, and outputs stay in the user's blueprint after a generation ends.

Commercial infrastructure

Accounts, profiles, credit metering, and the booking layer support the complete client journey.

Client-owned identity

The product runs under the client's brand, copy, colors, and domain.
